For members on plans that include this benefit(i), Viva Health offers a unique health care service through Teladoc™ that enables you to speak with a doctor via phone or video chat.


Teladoc™ can be a convenient and affordable option for non-critical conditions.

Many Viva Health plans include telehealth services through Teladoc™. This service offers access to board-certified doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through phone and video consultations.

Consultations on most Viva Health plans are available for $45.00 per consultation.

Teladoc does not replace your primary care physician (PCP), but it can be a helpful supplement when you have a minor health issue and you can’t get in to see your PCP right away or want to avoid an urgent care center.


Teladoc doctors
can treat many medical conditions, including:

• Cold and flu symptoms
• Allergies
• Bronchitis
• Urinary tract infections
• Respiratory infections
• Sinus problems


Best of all: the average wait time for a doctor response is only 10 minutes!


How do I sign up?

Create your Teladoc account at member.teladoc.com. Under "New to Teladoc," select "Get Started." Viva Health members are not provided with a Teladoc ID, so after completing the required information, select "I don’t know my username." Then select that your insurance provider offers access to Teladoc, and enter "Viva Health, Inc." in the field for the company. Continue to the next steps to complete your account.
